Hot Press SMC Mold Press Machine For Laminating MDF/ HDF Door Skin Press Machine

The hot press is used for laminating MDF/HDF to make the door skin. It worked by overlaying melamine paper or veneer on MDF/HDF with high pressure and high temperature to melt the glue. For making the beautiful design texture on the door skin surface, it should be install the door moulds between each heating platens.

This laminated door skin is used for laminated door, it is totally different from natural wooden door. Using laminate door skin can help us to save the trees as well as to bring us the beautiful doors for our house.

Application

The Moulded door panel is using the MDF, HDF or steel board as the baseboard, laminated the ash, okoume, sapele, black walnut and other precious natural veneer or melamine paper , and pressed by the door hot press machine.
