Yes, it will record two channels video when the external camera
connected. And it also supports to setup to recording only one

How long is the period that the camera packages a file?
The clip time is configurable, 5 mins, 10 mins,20 mins, 30 mints
and auto, auto means when it reach the file size at 3.5GB, and then
it will start to package another file.
