Hydraulic Coupling Flexible lance applications up to 150MPa Ultra High Pressure Hose

This 150MPa high pressure hose is designed for water jetting applications in tight spaces as well as hydraulic applications in both on and offshore environments. The 2 layers of high tensile steel makes this a light weight and safe hose to work with, without compromising on flexibility. Low volumetric expansion (14%) means the overall length of the hose does no vary more than +/-2% at MWP giving fast response times in hydraulic systems. The smooth POM bore (4.9 mm) helps to keep pressure drops to a minimum despite its compact size (9.5mm) and provides robust chemical resistance. Benchmark testing shows this hose is capable of withstanding over 20000 MWP impulses at 70°C.
