How do I test the freezer door?

It is used for the durability test of the vertical door of the vertical refrigerated storage cabinets, and also used for the door opening and closing actions in conjunction with the energy consumption test. It is a dedicated fully automated test equipment, suitable for testing and certification agencies, factory laboratories and other testing departments.

Equipment Principle:

The equipment adopts mechanical arms attaching vacuum suction cups, the mechanical arms are driven by motor and the vacuum suction cups are driven by vacuum pump. The action of mechanical arms and vacuum suction cups to achieve the opening and closing the doors.

Equipment Structure:

This equipment adopts column and frame structure, combined by two column and frame parts for testing doors and one column for testing drawers, each column equipped with two manipulators, and each manipulator equipped with one vacuum suction cup, which can test a refrigerated storage cabinet with two vertical sections and each vertical section has one or two doors.
