Zhongwo FD60 Single Leaf Steel Insulated Fire Doors with Vision Panel all passed 60 minutes fire test according to BS476: part 22, in other words, we can give you all fire test certificates or reports you want.

The door is filled with a 38 mm thick fireproof perlite sheet with a density of 300 ± 30 kg / m3. And the sash panel is coated on both sides with a 0.8mm thick galvanized steel plate. The thickness of the galvanized steel plate for the frame of the fire door fd30 starts from 1.2 mm through 1.5 mm up to 1.8 mm or even 2.0 mm. Inside there is also a fire-retardant perlite slab as a filling material and the depth of the frame reaches at least 112 mm.

By then our annual production ability can reach 300,000 fire door sets.
