YHT produce Sliding 19inch ODF 48 port 2U height with SC, FC, ST, LC adapter ports. It is drawer type, popular used in rack or cabinet in centre network.

Description:
ODF-RS48 is a ODF with 48 adapter ports,max. 48 fiber splicing space. It has 4pcs plice tray, and with cable guider trays for max. 48 fiber connection. It is drawer type, with metal sliding fittings. It is easy to open and close.

Production Process:
1.The technical worker input production drawings and instruction into computer of CNC machines
2.The CNC machines produce all metal parts fiber optic patch panel ODF-RS48
3.Some parts need to be bended
4.Welding the patch panels
5.Clear the surface
6.Do electrostatic powder spraying in oven
7.Install splice trays, fiber spool, cable fixing part, rubber gasket etc. Make it finished.
8.If customer need load fiber optic pigtail, adapter, we do it in our assembling workshop
9.Pack them into carton.
