Rotary Shear Cut To Length Line Introduction
Rotary shear Cut To Length Lines can do uncoiling, leveling,
measuring, cross-cutting to length and stacking work. It mainly
includes uncoiler, leveler, measuring encoder, shearer, conveyor,
stacker, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and electrical system,
etc., the line can make sure of accurate feeding and shearing. It
can be widely used in cold or hot rolling carbon steel, tinplate,
stainless steel and all the other kinds of metal materials with
surface coating.
It consists of Uncoil, Leveling and Cross Cutting metal strip as
set length and proper blanking system; Compared with stop start
shear Cut to Length line, rotary shear line can achieve cutting the
plates without stop feeding, higher speed, better accuracy and
surface protection. Every of these functions are accomplished by
our machines which are designed to cope with an impressive variety
of material features ranging.
