Shanghai SPRING can produce all kinds of rigid Aluminum Screen Printing Frames with pre-stretched or without stretched mesh. The Screen Frames is made from 6063T5 alloy with sanded smooth. Our aluminum screen frames are durable, completely flat, strong and watertight. Usually the Aluminum Frames size calculated by outer dimension, but if you need we produced by inner dimension just tell us before you place order, we can provide you the size as customer’s request. Shanghai Spring History:

Since 1983, our boss start the mesh business when he is very young, at that time mainly sell multifilament mesh, and some parts of the weaving machine. 

After 13years development, he got a lot of experience on this industry, then on 1996 start our own factory production. With the market demand, there are multifilament mesh and doulbe filament mesh start weaving and production. 

Several year later, the market is changed into multifilament and monofilament, then at 2003 we increased 20sets Sulzer Ruti weaving machines imported from Switzerland to satisfy the monofilament mesh market request. 

With the screen printing market develop, in 2006, we imported the skills from Japan to satisfy the screen printing market high quality demand, after several years develop, the mesh quality have a big growth. 

In 2011 increased the weaving machine to 90sets. 

In 2012, SPRING get own export right, we export to USA, Europe, Asia, South America, North America, Middle East and Afric etc. over 60 countries and regions.

In 2018, increased the weaving machine 120sets to satisify the market quantity request. 

After long time development, with strictly management of the production, with high quality material imported from Japan or China mainland, imported Warping machine from Germany, SULZER RUTI weaving machines from Switzerland, washing and heat setting machines from Germany to make sure produce high quality mesh cloth and fabric.
