PA1010 PA6 PA66 Cryogenic Grinding Machine Experimental Type Grinder



This PA1010 PA6 PA66 cryogenic grinding machine is applied in grinding various materials which can't be shattered in room temperature. For instance: nylon, polyester, polypropylene and polyethylene, thermoplastic elastomer TPU, TPEE, PA,copolymerization of nylon, polyester,Polytetrafluoroethylene,EVA, food industry (chili powder), Chinese herb and so on.


Characteristic


In the pulverizing system, the cold source forms a closed cycle system, which makes full use of energy and saves energy. The temperature of the cold source for grinding can be reduced to 196 degrees below zero. According to the brittle point temperature of the material, the temperature can be controlled in the grinding process, and the best grinding temperature can be selected, so as to reduce the energy consumption. The grinding fineness can reach 10-700 meshes, and even reach micron fineness. In addition, liquid nitrogen is used as grinding medium to achieve ultra-low temperature comminution, which can achieve the comprehensive effect of explosion proof and oxidation resistance of materials.


Working Principle

cooling embrittlement at low temperature easy to smash after entering the pulverizer cavity through the high-speed rotation of the impeller, the material and the leaf tooth plate, comprehensive effect between the material and the material are repeated impact, shear, collision, friction and so on, to reach the crushing effect. The crushed material is classified and collected by air classifier, and the material which does not reach the fineness requirement is returned to the silo to continue to smash, and most of the cold air is returned to the material bin for recycling.
