In 2020, Weifang Bincheng Investment Development Co., Ltd. became the controlling shareholder of the company, with the Weifang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission becoming the actual controller of the company. The company is headquartered in Gospell Industrial Park, Suxian District, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province.
