1) The material of roller is 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel after being welded, stressed, tempered, quenched heat treatment, etc.
2) After quenching the surface hardness can reach HR c52-58. If choose chrome plate and polish the surface, the hardness can reach HRC 62.

The roller can do mirror processing on surface of many materials. It is widely unsed in surface treatment of leather, artificial leather, paper, decoration material, non-ferrous metal, various of plastic materials like PVC, ABA, PP, PE, PT, PC and garment fabrics.
