We have developed a unique techinque of manufacturing these rollers.We do not use Injection Moulds but the rollers are made in a pipe form and the outer surface is smoothened using our own machines and techniques.This gives the roller a smooth and very perfect fit with the rest of the components.
All Korean Coal-Fired Power Plants, Steel Mill Plants use our product including some Indonesian Paper Mill & Coal Mines, Philippine Gold Mines & Cement Factories and Fertilization Plant, Pacific Mining Services, New Zealand, Kinder Co PTY, Australia. A sample test is also being performed at Minera Los Pelambres, Chile which is the longest conveyor line in the world.
