Manufacturing Process:
Pre-painted steel sheet is made with cold-rolled galvanized steel sheet as substrate, through surface de-oiling, phosphating and chromating and further processed by coating and baking.

Heat treated up to 96 hrs. at 120o C to ensure Luster, resistance to fading& Impact, and also to ensure its free of peeling and other characteristics，and the quality of the coating is much more uniformity、stable and better than painting or brush painting on the metal surface. Moreover, it can keep bright and rustiness for 15-20years. This is a rapidly developed new type pre-painted steel product and is widely used in the construction、household appliance、decoration and other industries. And we also have 36 colors available to choose.
