Water bathing sterilizer for glass bottle infusion
Basic Function: The water bathing type sterilizing cabinet for infusion products is strictly designed and manufactured according to GMP Standard. The product uses high-temperature circular water as the sterilizing medium to sterilize materials by drip type rising temperature, sterilizing and cooling operation. During the whole working process, the sterilizating medium flows in the closed circular system to avoid the second pollution effectively. The temperature adjustment scale of the equipnent is wide and the temperature homogeneity is good. Besides, it has protective system. It is widely used in sterilizing operation of glass bottle packed, plastic bag packed, soft bag packed and other packed transfusion medicine.
Main Body of the Equipment: Horizontal round cylinder structure, high-quality acid-proof stainless steel 304 inner liner, stainless steel wiring-drawing plate for decoration case, double-door-leaf auto-moving door, patent compressed-air sealing technology. The equipment has standard GMP certification joint for users to certificate the equipment.
Control System: The upper and lower position control model. The system runs steadily and smoothly. Temperature, pressure, FO value and other parameters and curves can be printed at any time or stored in hard disk. It adopts temperature time and FO value double-monitor to ensure the sterilizing results.
Pipeline System: It adopts the excellent system in the trade. It runs reliably and its service life is long. Its main parts are Alfalava stainless steel plate type heat interchanger, Grundfos circle water pump, Burkert angle type air-operated valve, spraying special spraying system, etc.
