1. Roll Length: about 100m

2. Cuts: 1-2 cuts allowed per roll (minimum length to be

    >10  meters) Cuts are not to be joined together.

3. Width Tolerance: ±1mm.

4. Fault Target: ≤ 4 faults per 100 meters.

5. Fault Allowance: 1 meter free fabric to be given per fault,

    1 meter free fabric to be given per cut.

6. Inspection Efficiency Target: 100% full inspection.

7. Colour Fastness

    a). Light Fastness: 4-5

    b). Washing: 4-5

    c). Rubbing: 4-5

8.  Handle: Good match to standard samples.

9.  Fuzzy Edge: No

10. Weight: ±5%

11. Packaging: First put into PE bag and then into one carton

12. Bulk Deliveries

    Width 89mm: 8 rolls per carton

    Width 127mm: 6 rolls per carton

13. Delivery time :20-25days for 20’ container. 25-30days

      for  40’ container.
