In this machine, compound unwinding system with down-passing paper, pressing paper roller, down knife shaft, rewind shaft are driven type, unwinding system with hydraulic-pneumatic EPC, auto tension control, pneumatic brake are adopted. It has high stable structure, smooth operation and easy for maintenance.
The main driver is DC motor, it has smooth operation, high moment of force and consistent speed. In rewinding system, frequency inverter control technique, imported parts, touch-screen microcomputer process control, auto adjustable speed, pre-set counting and automatic stop are adopted, it realizes incorporation of mechanical-electric-pneumatic-hydraulic and reaches the world similar machine advanced level.
