As a central knowledge repository, the organizational workspace enables the storage, retrieval, sharing, routing, review and approval of corporate documents, policies, plans, guidelines and contracts.Project/Engagement Space is specific to particular projects, engagement or cases. Users from multiple organizations can participate and share information pertinent to projects and make collaborative decisions.Calendars Management
HOLA’s elaborate Calendar assists individuals and enterprises to track and manage Simple/ Recurring Appointments, Meeting Requests and Reminders. Users can share calendar with team members and views others’ calendar from own account.Document related dates can be linked directly to the calendar so that critical dates such as contract renewal dates and proposal submission dates can be automatically notified to the related users.Synchronization with Microsoft Outlook ensures usage of single interface for maintenance of Calendar along with options to export/import items using formats like iCal, CSV, Microsoft Excel etc.Contact Management
HOLA’s contacts management allows individuals to manage own contacts as well as to share contacts with others. Tightly integrated with HOLA Messaging, dynamic email distribution lists can be created based on contact properties.
