Strip layout design is the basis of the tool design, which could decide the final result of the tool quality. Based on the plenty of designing experience, Gingko complies strictly with 2 principles to design the tool: one is to help the customers save the materail during production, the other one is to assure the long tool life. After the design completion, the company will examine it, and then send it to the customers for evaluation. The tool design will start from the feedback from the customers.
The typically complicated strips the company has created include: large progressive drawing strips, 3 parts out strips, in-die riveting/tapping,horizontal in-die forming and pile up riveting.
