GREEN TEA GREEN TEA

Green tea, also named azymic tea, it is made of proper fresh tea buds, through several typical procedures to be made into green tea, i.e. deactivation of enzymes, rolling and Dehydration, etc. The color of tea leaves, the liquor and the background of the tea are all green, so it is called green tea.

Characteristic of green tea: Most of the natural substance has been reserved: more than 85% of tea polyphenol and theine in fresh tea are maintained; about 50% of chlorophyll in raw tea is reserved; few of Vitamin is lossed; so the green tea features bright liquor and green tea leaves, astringent taste”. Scientific research report indicate that the substance reserved in green tea could protect people from aging and cancer, and it also could kill bacteria and diminish inflammation, etc, which other tea could not.
