Die Struck Soft Enamel

Die struck with soft enamel is an ideal method for those designs which require a thinner surrendering metal edge. It allows design coloring after outline cutting in which the process may damage the enamel around cutting area. It is recommended to select bolder designs to prevent from nay unsatisfied coloring caused by lines and figures that are too thin or too small and will require additional screen printing. Soft enamel are color-filled by hands. A clear epoxy dome can be added to enhance the effect. PMS colors can be matched. For budget consideration, iron material can also be used instead of copper or brass.
