Self-propelled Sitting Cold Plastic Road-marking Machine

1. Engine: The 31kw water-cooled electric startup diesel engine with four-cylinder inline, low noise and environment protection has  water temperature, voltage and motor oil indication, whose max rotating speed is 3000r/min. The fuel tank's cubage: 25L
2. Driving system: The original imported variable speed transmission system with automatic brake device, which can be freely operated in forward, back off or stop(HTS)
3. Driving speed: Forward: 0-30km/h; back off: 0-5km/h; Max climbing capacity: 15¡ã.
4. Paint tank: Double tanks, capacity of each one: 100kg. Equip with hydraulic drived vertical vane type stirrer. There is sieve device in the discharging port.
5. Spray gun: Equip with three(two yellow one white) new type air operated spray gun, fix with hard side columnar reverse wastewater nozzles, which make the site discharge fast and easy. Non-arcnozzle makes the lin straight. Start three guns at the same time if construction needs.Spray width: 100-1000mm.
6. Glass beads spraying system: Option for single or double spray guns if construction needs. Displacement of air compressor: 230L/min.
7. Glass beads storage bin: Option bins with windows can check the quantity of glass beads in time, which makes sure uninterupted spray glass beads. Capacity of one bin: 100kg.
8.Chassis: Firm welding frame, four wheel are all gas filled abrasion resistance wheels. Diameter: ¦Õ520mm. Operator sit on the chair to operate through steering  wheel, easy and freely. Stable brake system makes the driving more safety.
9.Control system:  Equip with TT-KZ300 micro-electronic control system, which can freely set the line type of single actual line, double-actual line and other broken line. Spraying work convenient and fast.
10.Gun bracket:  Foldable bracket is equal distance to road surface. Spray width freely adjust before or after construction work.
11.Pre-spray system:  Synchronous with spay working, greatly improves the construction effeciency.
