Solar Collector

CPC collector is an evacuated tube collector for forced circulation systems. The inlet and outlet pipes may be fitted on the left or the right of the manifold/head box. Depending on the location of the inlet pipe the sensor is placed on the right or the left. The pipe registers are mass produced with just a minimum number of soldering points. This results in high leakage-safety and a reduction of internal scaling. The CPC mirror is produced from a metal sheet with protective coating using accurate roll forming technology. Due to the special fastening technique the mirror can be exchanged without using tools. The heat conducting plates are made of aluminium so that even high stagnation temperatures have no effect on the metals characteristics. The heat conduction plate is folded into both copper tubes. The tube holder can be mounted and demounted from the foot rail without using tools. Sharp edges are sealed with rubber profiles.
