What is Reflective Insulation?
Aluminum reflective insulation is a innovative and functional heat insulator with its efficiency in reducing/minimizing energy consumption, especially when oil prices rising unprecedentedly.
It is known that there are three types of heat transfer : conduction, convection, and mostly radiant energy transfer. Traditional mass insulation only works as a retarder of conductive current partly.
However, reflective insulation not only resists conductive current, but provides and excellent barrier against radiant heat up to 97% which is most of heat transfer. Reflective insulation is the most effective way[product] of heat insulating.

Composition
Adapting theories of capacity-, resistance-, and relective-type heat insulations, the insulation is of multi-layer structure as follows :
Highly purified AL heat reflecting layer
Polyester warm keeping layer
Moisture-proofing layer
Safety layer
Polyethylene heat insulating layer
are laminated into semi-permanent highly-efficient functional reflective insulation which is soft and thin, but highly-effective in heat insulating and perfectly suitable for detailed construction.
Features
Using reflective insulation as main heat insulators, up to space of 95mm per 1m2 becomes available, otherwise not possible (you will get larger floor space index)
Reflective insulation is based on the capacity-, resistance-, and reflective-type heat insulating laws, and is manufactured by laminating multiple layers by each materials' features. These make PrimeTech 5000 the highst heat insulating effect with its thin size.
Moisture-proofing layer is installed to avoid lowering insulating function when moisture inflows into the insulators. This layer also prevent condensation, capacity-lowering, building's being blazed by moisture, and damages to finishing materials.
The aluminum layer on the surface has so highly efficient reflective capacity that warem keeping and reduction in heating costs are expected by not absorbing heat for a long time and reflecting radiant heat from outside in summer time, and by holding heat indoor in winter time.
Reflective insulation is a roll-mat type, which is flexible and suitable to be applied to joints of pillars and delicate molding parts. Much of energy in saved by detailed and close application.
It is easy to move and store due to the thin and light roll-type product. You can install by yourself easily just using a knife, scissors, a nail gun, adhesives, or an aluminum tape.
Changes in heat resistance value is very rare so that long-time use is guaranteed without and deterioration in heat insulation capacity.

External heat insulation of buildings - finishing with marble, red bricks, siding, complex panel
Internal heat insulation of buildings - finishing with papering on gypsum boards, plywoods
Floor heat insulation of buildings - finishing with decomstipating on a concrete floor after construction. Aluminum layer enhances conductive current and maximizes heating effects.
Others and Keeping warm - unapplicable parts by traditional mass insulations (pillars, crossbeams, corners of in and outside) also can be covered. overlapping construction of joints also can prevent heat exchanges.

Use a concrete nail gun to attach insulators to wall closely.
Construct the joint of insulators in a overlapping manner more than 5cm, and taping that with a specialized tape for aluminum.
Fold coner parts into inner wall to prevent heat exchange, and fold ceiling parts up to ceiling.
