SPECIFICATION: One only Continuous Automatic ABALINK-AUTOFRY-ABAPAK Frozen French Fry Processing& Packaging Plant to produce a Finished Fried Weight of 1200 Kg per Hour which are cooled, snap frozen(IQF) and packed into 20 x 1 Kg packs per minute and/or 4 x 5 Kg packs per minute on one ABAPAK Form Fill& Seal Automatic Packaging Machine, then cartonised onto pallets and conveyed into Frozen Storage Room 30m x 30m to be constructed by Client.
10 only Galv. MS. Collapsible(for shipment) 1000 Kg capacity Potato Tote Bins are supplied for use with forklift with Bottom Dump to load Plant Infeed Hopper.
One only 2 Ton capacity Galv. M. S. Plant Infeed Hoppers with Outfeeder Conveyor, to Potato Elevator Feeding SS Barrel Washing Machine into SS Potato Grader feeding Automatic Vari-Speed OVO Design Continuous Abrasive Peeler through SS Surge Feeder to Twin OVO Potato Slicing Machines producing 9.5mm x 9.5mm straight cut or crinkle cut French Fries onto Spray Washing wire belt Inspection and Scrap Rejection Conveyor into Scrap Collection Hopper, then Raw French Fries drop into Heated Water SS Continuous Blanching Tank and SS Woven Wire Outlet Conveyor to SS Heated Air Blower Drying Conveyor feeding into Continuous SS OVO Automatic Fryer Complete with SS Vat, SS Woven Wire Through-put and Outlet Conveyor SS Side Panels with full insulation, SS Canopy and Steam Up-take with separate Oil and/or Gas Fired Heat Exchanger with SS Cooking Oil Tanks mounted overhead with Pump-up System and auto-relevelling feed back to Vat to maintain constant Cooking Oil level with Cooking Oil Continuous Filtration and Pumping System, back through Heat Exchanger, back to Inlet Manifold on input end of Cooking Vat in which Cooking Oil Level is maintained with a recirculation through the filtering and Heat Exchange System to allow for a low drop in temperature over the Vat, ensuring a maximum fat content of less than 5%.
Freshly Cooked French Fries are then conveyed through SS Cooling Conveyor, to SS Air-Lock Feeder feeding into OVO Continuous Snap Freezing(IQF) Tunnel which includes complete Refrigeration System and SS Wire Belt Conveyor with Outside Drives, which in turn feed SS Air-Lock Feeder feeding Frozen French Fries out onto SS Conveyor Feed to SS Automatic 4-Head Weigher mounted over one ABAPAK Model ABA 300-4W FF&S Automatic Packaging Machine, which are programmed to produce 20 x 1 Kg and/or 4 x 5 Kg packs per minute as required and include Use-by-Date Coding Machine.
Finished packs from ABAPAK Machine are conveyed to Recirculating Pack-off Table where operators load cartons, which are then fed through Automatic Carton Sealing Equipment to Operators who Load Pallets which are then taken into frozen storage by client's forklifts.
