How do you determine the shipping cost (if shipping isn't included with the product price)? How quickly does an item ship after the order is placed ? How will I pay you? Will it be possible to have credit terms so I only have to pay every couple of weeks or will you charge my card or PayPal each time I place an order? Will you send me tracking info or do you send tracking info directly to the customer for me? What shipping company do you use to ship products? How do you handle returns?
